I am a curious problem solver with 10+ years of experience at the intersection of data, operations, and execution. I teach myself by doing; going deep, experimenting, and refining until things work smoothly. An executive director once told me that in his 30+ years of working in Excel, he had never seen anyone ramp up as quickly or stretch its capabilities the way I did. That curiosity driven approach has followed me into every role I have taken on.

I am currently pursuing an MS in Product Management while managing an $11M+ compensation program for Indiana's largest healthcare system. I am actively channeling my energy into AI productivity and enablement. I use AI daily to build smarter workflows, reduce friction, and solve real problems. I am also learning to build AI agents, enjoying prompt engineering, and recently taught myself web development in a month. I am passionate about the potential of AI to transform how we live and work. I am excited to be part of this rapidly evolving field.

Just as important to me is helping others grow. I genuinely love mentoring and teaching, especially when new tools or technologies feel overwhelming. In my spare time you'll find me hiking, sourdough baking, exploring the West Coast with my family, or authoring one of the two books I'm currently writing.
